Carolina Almeida
Carolina is a seasoned Group Facilitator and Coach with over two decades of experience in human development. Her journey began in 1998 with a leadership seminar in Colorado, USA, which inspired her to combine her training as an Agronomist Engineer from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) with a passion for facilitating growth in individuals and teams.
Carolina’s work spans social projects, corporate environments, and personal coaching. Her expertise is anchored in the Enneagram and Anthroposophy, two frameworks that have shaped her approach to personal growth, systemic thinking, and meaningful conversations. Carolina leverages these insights to create transformative experiences for the individuals and teams she works with.
Fernando Murray
Fernando is a seasoned Designer and Group Facilitator with over two decades of experience working across diverse sectors, including small businesses, corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.
He is passionate about fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration, supporting teams and communities in Brazil, Canada, the United States, and beyond. Fernando enjoys a deep connection to nature and the outdoors with his family based in Nelson, a picturesque community in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Canada.
